While walking in De Braak near Eelde recently we walked past a field full of crocusus and saw a humble bumblebee at work there. It took it’s time, was in no way in a hurry and covered in pollen.
De Braak is a very nice little natural park with a labyrinth and a bush covered walkway that is nice green in summer, reddish in autumn, but in winter and early spring it’s a bit spooky as you only see the branches
